Elero Rolling Shutter Motor Drive
(DFM-170-750NHK ):
The robust elero rolling Shuuter drives can be used for all types of doors. The rolling door drives are available in different versions with integrated safety brake as as chain drive. All the drives are available as 400/230V version, with plug in connections and 4 or 6 precise mechanical limit switches. A problem-free installation is possible on both sides of the door.
In addition, you can choose between three different door control systems:
- ON / OFF Control System 3 Phase
- Remote Control System
- Finger Touch Control System
The elero rolling door drives in combination with the modular BoxControl control system offers a high safety standard and fulfills the requirements of EN 12453 and EN 12604 for doors with design type approval.
The control unit in which different function are integrated is the heart of a door drive for the elero rolling door drives, three different control variants are available.
The modular Box Control:
- Ready-to-operate door control with operating buttons.
- 3 x 400/230V 50/60 Hz / 24V DC control voltage.
- Plastic housing protection class IP 66, heated filament test 650oC; self-extinguishing; halogen-free
- Easy and convenient installation through low wiring effort.
- Large, installation-friendly connection space for switch devices etc.
- All the BoxControl variants are VDE and T0V certified in accordance with EN 12453. DIN EN 50178 and DIN 60204.
- Subsequent adaptation of the control variants is possible through the plug-in BoxCards.
For the BoxControl, there are the following BoxCards:
- Basic: Less expensive door control is dead man or self-locking operating mode; a lot of connections for safety and operating switches, external evaluation devices and radio control/pull switch etc.
- Mono: As above, furthermore: direct connection of an opto-electronic lower rail disconnect.
- Plus: As above, furthermore: direct connection of an opto - electronic lower rial disconnect or an electromechanical lower rail disconnect (8.2 kΩ); plug-in spot for the radio module.
- Pro: As above, furthermore: possibility to connect a gargage light and an advance signaling device.
- Comfort: As above, furthermore: automatic closing with traffic lights red/green.
- Safe: As above, furthermore: Connection of a lift protection system for roller grilles.
The versatile MasterControl:
- Robust sheet-steel housing protection class IP 66.
- 3 x 400/230 V 50/60 Hz / 24 V DC control voltage.
- For automatic rolling doors or roller grillels for underground car parks with simple traffic lights control or oncoming traffic control.
- Menus in German, English or French.
- Direct connection of an opto-electronic lower rail disconnect or an electromechanical lower rial disconnect (8.2 kΩ); plug-in spot for the radio module.
- Direct connection of two light barriers for roller grilles (lift protection).
The smooth SoftControl:
- Robust sheet-steel housing, protection class IP 66.
- Input: 230V 50 Hz / 24V DC control voltage.
- Output: 3 x 230V, 25 to 100 Hz adjustable.
- For automatic rolling doors or roller grillels with simple traffic lights control or oncoming traffic control
- Menus in German, English or French.
- Direct connection of an oopto=electronic lower rail disconnect or an electromechanical lower rail disconnect (8.2kΩ).
- Connection of a lift protection system for roller grilles with additional plotting device.
